We will have a crane on-site 12/1 - 12/2 as the placement of the structural steel is being commenced. This work should be completed by 12/7. There will be a delivery of Concrete on Thursday, August 25, 2011 around 3:30pm. There will be a concrete truck at the property for approximately 30 minutes to pour concrete. Once again we would like to thank the Victoria Point Community for their patience during construction of 31504 Victoria Point Road. Wednesday August 24, 2011 at 7am our scaffolding contractor will be parked at the end of the cul desac from the hours of 7am and 3pm to drop off and erect the scaffolding for this project. Access for a turn-around will still be available.

Thursday August 25, 2011 National Fence Rental will be delivering our temporary fence between the hours of 1pm and 3pm, and will not block any access for the Victoria Point Community.

We are half way through our second week of construction at 31504 Victoria Point, and we would just like to thank you again for your understanding during this process. Everyone on Victoria Point Road has been extremely helpful. There will be a delivery of a new dumpster on Wednseday, August 10, 2011 between 10 and 11am.
